About the Role

We are seeking an Skincare Specialist to be the face of a leading beauty brand. The role involves engaging with shoppers and store staff, promoting the features and benefits of our products, sampling and driving sales.

As a Skincare Specialist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for beauty, skin care and wellbeing while delivering outstanding customer service to our valued customers.

Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and demonstrate our products to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with store staff to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new launches and trends

About You

We are looking for Skincare Specialists who are passionate about beauty and skincare, have a strong customer service focus and are able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a beauty or cosmetics role is ideal
  • Approachable and can-do attitude
  • Passion for products and customer service, ability to close the sale
  • Clear communicator
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license & reliable car (required for transporting between stores)
