About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Care Coordinator to join our team in Western Sydney. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of support workers, ensuring exceptional care and service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and client outcomes
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support workers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive quality improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within child protection or related field
  • Strong understanding of child protection principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
