Job Description:
A compassionate patient caregiver position is available in a dynamic healthcare setting.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

- Contribute to a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' responses to treatment, making adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Post-graduate qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., critical care, pediatrics, oncology).
- Proven experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
