The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the cafe operations, supervise a dedicated team, and drive continuous improvement through outstanding customer service and innovative food offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food innovation and customer satisfaction
  • Roster staff, manage labor costs, and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cafe or hospitality setting
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Current RSA Certificate and working knowledge of food safety protocols
