Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cafe manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service. Our city view cafe is a fast-paced environment that operates daily from 7am to 3pm, with the potential for extended hours on event days.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring high-quality service standards are met. As a role model for your team, you will foster a collaborative and positive atmosphere, consistently setting the standard for a 'fans first' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the cafe
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Serve as an outstanding role model for your team
  • Delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction
  • Providing on-going team training and support
  • Fostering a collaborative and positive team atmosphere
  • Consistently setting the standard in providing a 'Fans First' experience

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent personal presentation, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing and flavour profiles
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach
  • Minimum 12 months supervisory or team leader experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
  • Approved Manager Card
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Barista certificate and/or experience
