In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical advice and exceptional support to stakeholders while helping to shape the future of our infrastructure operations. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to support infrastructure projects and deliver seamless service outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role and 2+ years working with Microsoft Azure
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware), and infrastructure automation using Power Shell
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, networking fundamentals, backup utilities (e.g. Commvault), and hybrid cloud environments
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure Administrator Associate AZ-104, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator AZ-800/801) or equivalent experience
