Opportunities exist for Civil Site Engineers, Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers with leading contractors delivering projects across mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors in Western Australia.

We are currently seeking candidates for regional FIFO, DIDO and Perth-based roles offering long-term opportunities with tier 1, 2 and specialist contractors.

Projects include roads, rail, non-process infrastructure, structural concrete, FRP tanks, water, dewatering, bulk earthworks and services/ utilities.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have experience working on civil construction or mining infrastructure projects ideally involving roads, bulk earthworks, structures, or services.

  • Strong site-based engineering capability across planning, QA, subcontractor coordination and delivery
  • Commercial awareness to support cost control, forecasting and value-engineering with project managers and clients
  • Ability to lead crews and work closely with supervisors, engineers and project managers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills to build positive site and client relationships
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field highly regarded
