Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned technology expert to lead the design, planning, and delivery of complex systems architecture. As a Principal Applications Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring platforms are built, operated, and maintained in alignment with strategic roadmaps.

  • Design and plan complex systems architecture to meet business needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and advisory services to ensure seamless platform operations.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of specialists to deliver platforms such as Taleo, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Principal Applications Technical Specialist, you will have proven technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula, and Security.

  • Strong knowledge of OCI PaaS platforms to extend and integrate Oracle Fusion HCM using OIC, ATP & APEX.
  • Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing bespoke applications and related integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules that are secure and scalable.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a good understanding of System Development Lifecycle and different framework or methodologies such as Agile, Behaviour Driven Development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD model of development.

  • Proven expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HRMS (E-Business Suite), particularly in Payroll, Core HR, Time and Labour, and Self-Service Human Resources.
