About the Role:
The Technical Systems Specialist will lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex systems architecture for Oracle HCM and HR/Payroll platforms.
This position requires a strong technical background in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula, and Security.
The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting, designing, and implementing bespoke applications and related integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules that are secure and scalable using various technology stacks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver complex systems architecture for Oracle HCM and HR/Payroll platforms.
- Provide expert guidance and advisory services to stakeholders on technical matters.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to support business objectives.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of platforms.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula, and Security.
- Strong knowledge of OCI PaaS platforms to extend and integrate Oracle Fusion HCM using OIC, ATP & APEX.
- Familiarity with System Development Lifecycle and different framework or methodologies such as Agile, Behaviour Driven Development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD model of development.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle products and technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
