Job Overview:

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a talented Sales Associate/Junior Buyers Agent to join our esteemed team in the Prestigious Eastern Suburbs market. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work with high-end clients, add prestige and excitement to every transaction, and set benchmarks of unqualified success across the full property spectrum.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum + lucrative commission structure

Job Description:

  • Support the most dynamic Agent with exceptional experience in the Eastern Suburbs' most successful buyers agency.
  • Assist in the management of up to 10 plus clients at any one time, developing strong relationships with local Real Estate Agents and sourcing upcoming opportunities for our clients prior to hitting the market.
  • Inspect properties on behalf of clients, liaise with clients, agents & solicitors, and handle email, appointment, diary & database management.
  • Provide client care from sign-up until settlement, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our valued clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Real Estate is Essential.
  • Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license.
  • Immaculately presented and well-groomed, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Fantastic phone manner, driven, great energy & a can-do attitude.
