Job Description

We are seeking a Business Architecture Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to define their business strategy and implement effective solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their skills in business architecture, IT feasibility, and solution design to drive business growth and transformation.

As a Business Architecture Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Bridging the gap between customer business strategy and relevant solutions through crafting to-be business and solution architectures.
  • Designing a transformation roadmap at the enterprise level to facilitate customer adoption of cloud-based architectures.

You will also be responsible for:

Key Areas of Focus
  • Supporting the assessment of current customer solutions from SAP and potential areas of opportunity for faster solution adoption and consumption.
  • Engaging with customers to support sales cycles throughout the customer value journey as an integral member of the SAP account team.
  • Driving business and IT architecture definitions to ensure consistency, cooperation, and alignment with SAP organizations, the customer, and partners.
  • Providing a linkage from the customer to SAP product development leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Considerable experience with software/IT organizations as an IT Architecture or Enterprise Architecture Advisor and/or specific expertise with software solutions through Solution Management, Sales, Presales, Adoption/Consumption, Consulting, or Business Development, demonstrating successful outcomes over multiple years.
  • Deep knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/PaaS models, and Cloud-based commerce/business networks.
  • Proven professional networks in the market to drive pipeline and revenue growth for SAP.
  • Fluency in English; any other language is an asset.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
