Leading Nurse Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse educator to play a key role in the development and delivery of comprehensive nursing education programs across various contexts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nursing Education Program Development: Design, develop and deliver high-quality nursing/midwifery education programs tailored to meet the needs of our staff.
  • Leadership and Support: Provide leadership and support to nurses and midwives, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation in practice.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate with educators, clinicians and managers to design and implement education initiatives that drive positive outcomes for our patients and community.
  • Evaluation and Quality Improvement: Evaluate education programs and provide recommendations for improvement, ensuring continuous quality enhancement.
Requirements:
  • A Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • A valid NSW Driver's License and willingness to travel as required
  • Nursing or Midwifery Qualifications: Post-registration clinical or education qualifications relevant to the clinical area
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated effective leadership skills, ability to develop, coordinate and evaluate education programs
