Senior SEO/SEM Strategist Role

  • Oversight and management of search engine optimization and search engine marketing campaigns.
  • Development of measurable goals, budget allocation, and campaign refinement to enhance return on investment and client success.
  • Presentation of strategy and insights with confidence — ensuring clients understand what's working and why.
  • Audit execution and application of best practices in indexing, structure, schema markup, and performance.
  • Campaign launch and refinement for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Delivery of meaningful reports that identify opportunities and drive decision-making aligned with client objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years' hands-on SEO/SEM experience and an agency background, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into informed decisions. They are a clear communicator who can explain strategy and results in plain English, and possess a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and delivery. Preferred tools include Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, AHREFs, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush.
