About the Position:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced SEO/SEM Specialist to lead performance marketing for respected brands across Australia and international markets.

This is an opportunity to build and define the SEO/SEM offering at a quality-first agency that values clarity, outcomes, and smart partnerships.

  • Design and deliver effective SEO and SEM campaigns for government, non-profit, and commercial clients.
  • Set clear goals and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and client success.
  • Present strategy and insights with confidence — ensuring clients understand what's working and why.
  • Conduct thorough audits and apply best practices in indexing, structure, schema markup, and performance.
  • Launch and refine Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver meaningful reports that identify opportunities and drive decision-making aligned with client goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' hands-on experience in SEO/SEM
  • Agency background — able to juggle multiple clients and competing priorities
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to translate data into smart decisions
  • Clear communicator — able to explain strategy and results in plain English
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and delivery
  • Comfortable around CMS platforms (WordPress, Umbraco) and basic technical language
  • Self-directed, organised, and accountable — able to take ownership and follow through
  • Preferred Tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, AHREFs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush.

Key Skills:
