Job Title

As a skilled professional in human resources, you will be responsible for providing support to employees and management in various HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all HR inquiries, including hiring, onboarding, employee data changes, leave of absence administration, accommodation requests, employee separations, global mobility transactions, and local benefit or payroll support.
  • Provide assistance with data entry when employees are unable to complete activities through the self-service portal in Workday.
  • Handle escalated requests and provide a solution by analyzing the problem, impact on the customer, and advising on appropriate actions.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership, COE, HRBP, or third parties to resolve complex inquiries or transactions.
  • Use Workday tools to capture, track, and follow-up on inquiries; entries used to monitor measurement trends, track performance, provide feedback, and improve quality.
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or business-related courses.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
