Facilities Manager

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities.

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager who will perform planned and reactive maintenance to buildings, plant, equipment, and grounds. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and improving the condition of our properties through timely repairs and maintenance
  • Undertaking regular safety checks to ensure compliance with WHS standards and internal policies
  • Providing excellent communication skills to residents, staff, and families
  • Supporting safe, sustainable, and high-quality service delivery

Key qualifications and skills required include:

  • Proven experience in maintenance or trade roles
  • Trade qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of WHS and maintenance standards
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Good computer skills and ability to use CMMS systems
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence

Bonus points if you have experience in aged care or retirement living Additional requirements include a current Police Check and COVID-19 vaccinations.
