Position Overview:

This role was created to establish program delivery expertise, offering a 2-year full-time fixed-term position that encompasses commercial and delivery capability as the SME within XDNA's business portfolio of projects. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing, standardizing, and executing project delivery for XDNA's product lines.

You will be an integral part of the technology delivery process, leading a team of SMEs for the portfolio and serving as the primary client and internal point of reference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage major digital projects from inception to completion.

- Conduct training sessions with internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.

- Serve as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Oversee governance for a range of portfolios and projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT consulting services, managed services, and SaaS platforms.

- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a program manager role, specifically in delivering IT consulting services, IT managed services, or SaaS platforms in a product context.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale digital projects.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

- Educational background including an MBA, Master's in Project Management, or similar, along with a Bachelor's degree.
