About This Role

This is a key position in our store operations team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functions of your department.

As an Assistant Department Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the department team on a daily basis and working closely with other teams to provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

We are looking for someone who is able to engage and motivate their team members to deliver exceptional results and has a strong desire to learn and develop their skills.
