Job Description:

The role involves managing the lifecycle of problems from identification to resolution, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and producing regular service reports.

This is a fixed-term contract for 4 months, covering maternity leave.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Problem Management Services to agreed Service Levels
  • Manage the problem lifecycle from identification to removal
  • Coordinate operational groups to facilitate investigations and diagnosis
  • Ensure proposed solutions are reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders
  • Produce quality Problem Management reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years in IT Service Support Management
  • Problem Management experience preferable
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach
  • Proven experience with facilitating and leading meetings
