Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Problem Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis.

About the Role
  • This position is responsible for delivering exceptional Problem Management Services, aligned with industry-leading processes and frameworks.
  • You will manage the problem lifecycle from identification through to resolution, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
  • Collaboration with operational groups is essential in investigating and diagnosing problem records, facilitating issue resolution.
  • Proposed solutions must be thoroughly reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders before implementation.
  • Ongoing analysis and trend identification enable proactive investigation of existing cases and reporting requirements.
  • Production of high-quality Problem Management reports, including statistical charts and clearly articulated analysis.
  • Facilitating and leading Problem Management meetings with customers and stakeholders is also a key responsibility.
  • Effective communication of problem management activities with all parties is crucial.
  • Providing expert advice on workarounds for incidents related to active problem investigations and/or known Errors is an important aspect of this role.
Requirements
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and Fujitsu processes is necessary for delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions is vital.
