
Vaccine Coordinator

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the delivery of immunisation services across the Local Health District.
Deliver expert advice to healthcare professionals and stakeholders on immunisation best practices, with a focus on provider audits and cold chain breaches.
Evaluate applications for vaccine account numbers and yellow fever accreditation, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of immunisation initiatives.
This role is an opportunity to contribute to public health by working closely with other health professionals to ensure effective responses to disease surveillance and emerging health threats.
A key responsibility of this role will be to determine eligibility for immunisation services, clinically review vaccine records, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include managing and maintaining accurate records of immunisation programs and activities, as well as collaborating with other health professionals to implement effective public health strategies.

Qualifications: This role requires a current Registered Nurse (Division 1) with authority to provide Immunisation Services as per NSW Authorised Registered Nurses and Midwives Vaccination Standards.
