As a professional in this role, you will play a vital role in managing healthcare professionals, their schedules, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of our flu vaccination services. Your primary focus will be on coordinating logistics, optimizing schedules, and maintaining smooth communication between the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with nurses regarding assignments, schedules, and client needs.
- Manage equipment and resources for successful service delivery across the season
- Work with the Client Coordinator, Scheduler, and Nursing Team for seamless service delivery and optimal coverage across multiple locations.
- Handle rescheduling, logistical adjustments, and support enquiries from the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, assignments, and program outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety guidelines and protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles within healthcare or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and office tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with public health programs or vaccination initiatives is a plus.
