Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with nurses regarding assignments, schedules, and client needs.
  • Manage equipment and resources for successful service delivery across the season
  • Work with the Client Coordinator, Scheduler, and Nursing Team for seamless service delivery and optimal coverage across multiple locations.
  • Handle rescheduling, logistical adjustments, and support enquiries from the nursing team.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, assignments, and program outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles within healthcare or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and office tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with public health programs or vaccination initiatives is a plus.
