The role of Process Mechanical Design Manager is a pivotal position in our organization, requiring an experienced professional to lead and collaborate with senior engineers, graduate engineers, and contract design draftsmen.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering timely design outcomes through a phase gate approach, ensuring accuracy of design details, quality requirements, constructability, and meeting requirements.

Direct management of graduate engineers in process mechanical drafting and contract design draftsmen is also expected.

Facilitating HAZAN on all projects is crucial in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a phase gate process or similar structured process, on-site project design experience, and a strong understanding of the design process with a focus on leadership through collaboration.

A tertiary qualification in mechanical, chemical, or environmental engineering is required for this position.
