Artificial Intelligence Implementation Lead

About the Role:

This team is responsible for ensuring the successful post-sales deployment and value realization of cutting-edge AI solutions for customers across various industries.

You will help organizations transform their business by adopting innovative solutions that leverage our latest models.

  • Deliver outstanding customer outcomes through production deployments, increased adoption, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Define and manage structured onboarding and deployment projects across multiple AI products to ensure seamless adoption and measurable success.
  • Provide change management expertise to maximize the impact of AI solutions and guide organizations through the adoption journey.

Responsibilities include training, educating, and enabling users to drive adoption and value, owning the technical deployment of AI capabilities, designing and leading workshops, and codifying best practices and playbooks based on customer interactions. You will thrive in this role if you have 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, engaging C-level audiences with complex global organizations, and driving measurable business outcomes. Additionally, you should possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders.

You will operate with high horsepower, have strong problem-solving skills, be adept at frequent context switching, effectively manage multiple projects with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize. A solid track record of delivering and scaling an exceptional customer experience is essential. Personal commitment to fostering the safe and ethical evolution of AI is also required.

Requirements:
