Field Service Leadership Role

This position offers a chance to take on a leadership role and oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. The Field Service Supervisor is accountable for providing complete customer care and ensuring high-quality service repairs.
The successful candidate will manage work order scheduling, execution, and compliance with standards. They will also be responsible for fostering a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Heavy Duty trade professional with extensive supervisory experience in mechanical or dealership settings. They should possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
A key aspect of this role is the provision of customer warranty support, liaising with clients to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships. This requires excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a customer-first mindset.
The Field Service Supervisor will be responsible for championing safety by enforcing OH&S protocols and conducting risk assessments. They should have a strong understanding of these protocols and be skilled in managing dynamic workloads and competing priorities through effective planning and time management.
