Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Care Professional to join our team in providing compassionate and person-centered care to our residents.

This role involves working closely with the nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams to deliver high-quality care services in a timely and compassionate manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing resident-centric care duties in a safe and efficient manner, while also contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized care to residents based on their needs and preferences.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will also require a Certificate III in Individual Support or other related healthcare qualifications, including a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.

Additionally, you will need to hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and be willing to maintain personal and workplace safety standards.
