About You

We seek highly empathic individuals who instil a strong work ethic and are passionate about delivering quality care services.

  • Recent graduates with a Diploma of Nursing or second-year Bachelor of Nursing students with completed first-year placement.
  • Excellent safety awareness, communication skills, teamwork attitude, time management, and adherence to strict safety procedures.
  • A passion for delivering quality care services and willingness to help make a positive impact.
  • Great communication skills to engage with residents in a calm, patient, and empathic manner.
  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or related healthcare qualifications.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
