Skill Requirements
  • Key Qualifications:
  • A current practicing certificate as a Registered Nurse from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Extensive experience in aged care or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in leading care teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
