About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People and Organisation Manager to join our team at Future You. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our business leaders to drive organisational performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide HR Advisory Services: Provide expert-level advice to our business leaders on HR best practices, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Lead Organisational Development Initiatives: Identify and develop initiatives to improve organisational culture, engagement, and performance.
  • Manage Employee Lifecycle Processes: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Develop and Implement HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide HR Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to our leadership team on HR metrics and trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of HR Experience: Proven experience in a HR leadership role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR systems and databases, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
