We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Lead to join our Organisation Design and Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale transformation projects and programs in Organisation Design, Operating Model, Business Architecture, or People Streams of Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute people solutions, including integration and separation activities.
- Bring technical design and strategy expertise to support our transformation efforts.
- Guide project team members and manage key people risks in collaboration with the integration/separation office and key business stakeholders.
- Engage and partner with business leaders, Talent and Culture teams, and other stakeholders to deliver initiatives.
- Depth of experience in Organisation Design, Operating Model, Business Architecture, or People Streams of Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and challenge them when necessary.
- Experience in project and program management, including governance, issue and risk management, stakeholder management, budget, resource, and scope management.
- Demonstrated strong consulting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose root cause problems and determine solutions.
- Ability to upskill and invest in team members' development and growth through formal and structured experiential learning opportunities.
- Technology savvy and data literate.
