Pallet Controller Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pallet Controller to join our Logistics Department. As a Pallet Controller, you will have the opportunity to showcase your flair for process improvement and see the direct results from your work in business efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative environment within warehousing/transport and proven expertise in successfully executing projects focusing on business development. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management and Transport Management software is also highly regarded.

  • Maintain, implement and improve controls around pallet movements
  • Troubleshoot asset management issues and respond to queries promptly
  • Improve and monitor key performance indicator reporting
  • Oversee timely stock takes and the reconciliation process
  • Complete monthly reconciliation and provide updates
  • Schedule the hire/offboarding of platforms based on forecasting
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining databases and processing invoices
