Summary:We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations and Logistics Administrator to support the day-to-day coordination of temporary fencing projects in the building and construction industry.
This role is essential for ensuring smooth scheduling, inventory management, dispatching, and effective communication between field crews, clients, and internal departments in Osborne Park.Responsibilities:Coordinate daily job schedules for fence installations, removals, and maintenance.Maintain accurate records of job orders, site details, and customer requirements.Liaise with clients to confirm delivery timelines and access requirements.Monitor project progress and update stakeholders accordingly.Manage inventory of fencing materials, tools, and equipment.Schedule and track deliveries and pickups of fencing materials.Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and compliant with safety standards.Optimise routing and dispatching for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Prepare and process work orders, delivery dockets, and invoices.Maintain digital and physical filing systems for operations documentation.Assist with compliance documentation including safety checklists and site inductions.Support procurement of materials as needed.Act as a point of contact between field crews, warehouse staff, or management.Communicate job changes or urgent updates to relevant teams in real-time.Assist in resolving operational issues or delays promptly.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or business administration is a plus.

Proven experience in logistics or administrative support within the construction industry.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) along with scheduling software Ability to work under pressure while adapting to changing priorities.
(Knowledge of workplace safety standards is an advantage.) )
