Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in delivering projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery of quality results within agreed timeframes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall project strategy, programme management, risk identification and mitigation, budgeting and forecasting, as well as stakeholder engagement and communication.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and communicate them to stakeholders
  • Manage project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are met
  • Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues when required
  • Ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting, with effective financial reporting and monitoring
  • Lead high-performing teams, providing coaching and guidance to achieve project goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar, minimum 8 years' experience in project management, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
