Project Management Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee key projects and initiatives across premium assets.

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile projects, delivering outcomes that set new benchmarks in luxury living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and delivery of capital works and interior fit-outs.
  • Coordinate teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to drive successful outcomes.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and manage regulatory processes.
  • Prepare project scopes, technical documents, and compliance reports.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leaders on all active and pipeline projects.
  • Support long-term strategic planning across a wider portfolio.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards across all project activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with building codes, project compliance, and local regulatory processes.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with a clear focus on delivering premium outcomes.
  • Mandarin language skills highly regarded but not essential.
