Role Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyse and validate business requirements for enhanced IT solutions.

They will lead discovery workshops, facilitate communication between stakeholders and drive change initiatives by analysing current business processes and identifying opportunities for optimisation.

  • Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to elicit and validate business and technology requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams and external vendors.
  • Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts or misunderstandings.

Additionally, the role will support digital transformation initiatives by aligning technology with business strategy, collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines and deliverables, and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

A Defence security clearance is required for this role. The applicant must hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance to baseline/NV1/NV2 level or have the ability to gain one.
