Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Dispatch Specialist to join our team. This part-time role offers the opportunity to transition to full-time as workload increases.

You will start with a 3-day work week, either Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday, and expand to 5 days per week as needed.

Your key responsibilities include operating laser machines, printing tags, and managing dispatch processes. You should be physically fit, comfortable with computers, and dedicated to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate laser machines and print tags
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Use software to manage production and reports
  • Restock products and ensure all printed items meet quality standards
  • Report any issues with machines or products promptly
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Physical fitness, ability to lift up to 20kg, and stand for long periods
  • Computer literacy and keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude
  • Willingness to undergo background checks
