We are expanding our operations team and seek a multi-skilled individual with a passion for aromatherapy.
Founded in 2004, Waterlily was inspired to create active and ethical Spa Rituals.
Each product, handcrafted in our Brisbane botanical laboratory, is made with ingredients nurtured from paddock to finished product.
Our collections are stocked in leading day spas across Australia and New Zealand and are available for worldwide delivery.

The Dispatch Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate distribution of skincare products from our manufacturing facility.
You will work with a committed team in a multifaceted role, including picking and packing orders, labelling, boxing, inventory counts, unloading deliveries, and coordinating dispatch schedules.
You will utilize equipment and resources to meet team KPIs, maintain safety standards, and develop a thorough knowledge of Waterlily products and ingredients.
About you:
Passionate about wellbeing, health, and aromatherapy
Previous experience in a similar role
Attention to detail in packaging, labelling, and presentation
Ability to multitask, multi-skill, and prioritize
Accurate working with protocols, procedures, and measurements
Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering equipment and ingredients up to 20kg
Proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Warm, respectful, and professional interpersonal skills
Forklift license preferred but not essential
