  Job Description
  
  Key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide generalist HR support across your portfolio, ensuring alignment with policies and procedures
  • Advise managers and staff on employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding new employees
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with workplace regulations
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction
    
    
  The Successful Applicant
  
  Selection Criteria Will Include
  • A qualification in human resources, business, or a related field (or working towards)
  • 2+ years experience within the HR industry
  • Experience working within a multi-site organisation, dealing with a high volume of clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret modern awards
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations
  • Experience working within an HRIS and document management system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels
