Job Description:\

As a senior consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients enhance the management of risk data.

\
  • Leverage your understanding of requirements across various regulatory programs, including the interpretation of prudential and reporting requirements across the delivery life cycle.\
  • Gain broad experience in risk analytics and reporting, including the ability to work with large datasets.\
  • Support delivery across a range of regulatory transformation programs, leading projects to agreed standards and timescales.\
  • Draw insights and analytics from data to inform stakeholders about changes from regulatory requirements.\
  • Design and implement data management capabilities to support data risk management.\
  • Lead/support the wider team with various business development initiatives to support the transformation of risk functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\

Skills and attributes for success include:

  • 1+ years' relevant experience in Risk Analytics within Financial Services/Fintech/Consulting.\
  • Team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills, client engagement, and presentation.\
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining long-term client relationships and networks, in addition to cultivating business development opportunities.\
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, track project timelines/budget, and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.\
  • Experience with Australian and/or international prudential supervision, regulatory reporting, regulatory technology (RegTech), capital management, enterprise risk, and risk data management.\
  • Working knowledge of coding languages desirable (e.g., SAS, Python, SQL, VBA etc.).\
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and contribute towards our dynamic team.\
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
