Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager - Residential Construction to oversee the construction of homes from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with experience in managing teams and overseeing the construction process. You will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing suppliers, and ensuring that all building practices and procedures are adhered to.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, tradespeople, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in a site management role.
  • Qualifications: A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance systems.
  • Other: Completed the General Construction Induction Course/White Card, held a valid driver's licence, and solid project management skills.
