Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project manager with day-to-day coordination of construction projects.
- Manage project documentation, procurement schedules, and reporting.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Assist with project scheduling, progress tracking, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support tendering and contract administration processes.
- Attend site meetings and assist with on-site coordination.
Requirements:
- Four years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role within the construction industry.
- A solid understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore).
- A relevant qualification in Construction Management or a related field is desirable.
