Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support a key client in the dairy food processing industry.

This is a 6-month freelance opportunity based in Tullamarine, Victoria, ideal for someone with experience in industrial construction and a passion for delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Coordinate with client teams, consultants, and vendors
  • Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Contribute to layout planning and technical documentation
  • Assist with permits, reporting, and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management (industrial or food sector preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Australian construction standards and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • Engineering or construction-related degree (PMP is a plus)
  • Experience in dairy or food manufacturing is a strong advantage
