BUSY Ability empowers individuals with disabilities and those with lived experiences of the justice system to realise their full potential through meaningful employment.

This role is a full-time position with a fixed-term contract until 31 October 2025, with the possibility of extension. It will be based in our offices at Pimpama and Nerang.

The successful candidate will establish strong relationships with customers through active community engagement and networking. They will conduct customer appointments, guide customers through the process, identify barriers and develop appropriate management plans and pathways.

Effective communication and timely post-placement support will be delivered to both employers and customers.

Key skills required include excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check, and prior experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, administration and employment services.
