Workforce Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce development initiative, you will play a vital role in providing ongoing support to customers and employers within our employment services program.

About the Role

This full-time, fixed-term position is responsible for devising interventions and solutions to work with customers and employers to improve prospects of maintaining sustainable employment. You will create future employment opportunities for people by identifying opportunities to deliver training around workplace diversity and customised employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to customers and employers within our employment services program
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sustainable employment outcomes
  • Collaborate with customers and employers to identify opportunities for training and development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Digitally savvy - intermediate computer skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI's
  • Ability to resolve complex client situations with resilience and maturity
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
