We are looking for an individual with a passion for training and experience in delivering end-to-end learning solutions. As a Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering in-restaurant training for new employees, ensuring seamless onboarding and high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training content via our Learning Management System and in-restaurant settings.
  • Support franchisees with in-restaurant training, focusing on employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional and interstate teams, ensuring consistent training standards across all locations.
  • Implement and execute training initiatives, including in-store training and follow-up support.
  • Monitor and reinforce brand standards, working closely with operations and franchisees to address compliance issues.
  • Communicate training opportunities, successes, and feedback to stakeholders as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant and support teams.
  • Continuously improve training programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of franchise principles and business operations is highly valued.
  • Experience with learning management systems, particularly Articulate, is preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading training for individuals and groups.
  • Expertise in creating and enhancing training programs.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, written, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years' QSR experience or equivalent is preferred.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded.
