Job Title: Full Time Retail Assistant

Estimated Salary: AU$45,000 - AU$65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full Time Retail Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers.

This role involves building effective customer relationships, working collaboratively with the team to ensure the success of the store and maintaining a safe work environment.

You will also be expected to demonstrate friendly, helpful and confident interpersonal skills, have a positive mindset and often take initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be available to work a Monday to Friday roster with overtime available
  • Hold a valid driver's licence
