Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Surgical Bookings Unit/Preadmission Team, managing patient records, medical histories, and treatment plans, coordinating appointments, surgeries, and follow-up care, communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining confidentiality.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
