Investigation Services, Expert Analyst

The Investigation Services team delivers expert evidence collection and analysis services to support the regulatory work of our organisation.

The Role
  • As an Expert Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing evidence review strategies, ensuring the effective use of technology and advanced analytics.
  • You will provide advice on established evidence management practices and assist investigation teams in using our evidence management systems effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing evidence briefs and disclosure documents using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies.
  2. Delivering training and providing support to investigation teams on the effective use of our evidence management systems.
  3. Maintaining and administering our evidence management system according to established rules and procedures.
  4. Participating in meetings with national Evidence Services Consulting teams to discuss emerging problems and ideas for solutions.

With your experience in consulting, eDiscovery and evidence management, you will have the technical expertise to help us achieve impactful outcomes.

Requirements
  • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex information to different audiences.

Desirable skills include experience with litigation support software such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation or similar.
