Job Description

As an expert in evidence collection and management, you will play a key role in supporting the regulatory teams at ASIC by providing critical evidence review and analysis services.


The Team

The Evidence Services team is responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing large volumes of data to assist in court proceedings and other investigations. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare criminal briefs and disclosure documents using specialized software and guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to investigation teams on effective use of evidence management systems.
  • Maintain and administer evidence management systems according to established rules and procedures.
  • Participate in national Evidence Services Consulting teams to discuss emerging issues and potential solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in consulting, eDiscovery, and evidence management in a professional services firm, law firm, or enforcement agency.
  • Technical expertise in litigation support software, such as Nuix Discover and Relativity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
