Job Overview

The role of Evidence Services Consulting Analyst is pivotal in the organization's evidence management team.

This specialist will work closely with investigation teams to implement established evidence review strategies, ensuring the optimal use of technology and advanced analytics.

You will provide expert advice to investigation teams on established evidence management and evidence analysis practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of criminal briefs and disclosure, civil discovery and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies.
  • Delivery of training and provision of support to investigation teams in the effective use of the organization's evidence management systems.
  • Maintenance and administration of the organization's evidence management system according to established rules and procedures.
  • Active participation in meetings of the national Evidence Services Consulting teams by discussing emerging, unusual or interesting problems and ideas for potential solutions.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting, eDiscovery and evidence management in a professional services firm, law firm or enforcement agency.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder and service delivery expectations, responding to complex enquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to present complex information to different audiences.

Experience in the use of litigation support software such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation, EDT, AccessData, Relativity or similar is highly desirable.
